We are looking for a passionate individual to join our growing Industry Solutions Team! Our team’s operations specialist will work closely with a broad variety of functions inside the whole company ranging from product, partners, marketing and sales team to help scale up and standardize the new early access and preview programs.
We are the MongoDB expert community delivering thought leadership and practical directions in industry-specific data challenges. Industry Solutions is a diverse group of ambitious, innovative thinkers that range from software leaders and entrepreneurs to young professionals. Our team working on early access and previews focus on collaborating cross-department and generating materials for customers and sales teams to ensure success of the programs while interacting with clients.
You will play a key role in broadening our product reach through early access and preview programs and act as a trusted team-player to product managers, the sales teams and clients from startups to the world's largest enterprise IT organizations. The role involves managing the satisfaction of participants in the programs and ensuring the engagement of various teams involved. These responsibilities require appropriate technical knowledge as well as people skills, where excellent communication and process-oriented skills are a paramount prerequisite.
The location for this role is based in Gurgaon (Delhi, India).
What you do at MongoDB- You will act as a bridge between product managers, sales team and customers with a sense of self-responsibility combined with a strong team effort
- With the team you will help broaden the exposure of the product and specific features to customers through early access and preview programs and will be a trusted team-player for the product managers, the sales teams and clients
- Work towards program success, by recording participation levels and satisfaction, and identifying outliers in the collected participation data to pinpoint and resolve blockers with the team
- You engage with the product teams to help plan and execute early access and preview programs, managing the participants registry, formulate customer engagement plans, and prepare customer facing materials (i.e. presentations, communications, customer quotes etc)
- Together with the team you will also work on outlying activities that ensure the programs growth, such as handling consulting packages, alumni of program participants, newsletters, etc

- At least a bachelor degree and some experience in the tech sector
- Great organizational skills and excellent oversight of parallel requests in fast paced environments, and ability to make executive decisions as needed on highly-visible projects
- A strong motivation to improve and streamline processes and procedures, as well as a knack for learning/implementing new technologies to automate/ease different tasks
- Experience in project management or program coordination with oversight in dashboards and reporting
- Data visualization experience (i.e Tableau, Sigma, etc.), and experience in building dashboards
- Programming knowledge and experience building out simple apps and user interfaces
- Exposure to delivering critical Information throughout a project to important stakeholders, along with strong project management skills
- Calm and friendly communication style even with demanding or difficult parties
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries and settings - having fun in growing your career along with the rest of the team
- A strong sense of team-work working towards a common goal with process-oriented skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication
- Attention to details and possessing problem solving ability
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, potentially adapting to different stakeholder time zones as needed
- A Masters Degree and 2-5 years of work experience
- Previous experience in the tech industry or working with technical and/or sales teams
- Experience building applications (this will be used to build out interfaces for data analysis internal processes we have as a team)
- Skills in content creation
- Familiar with database programming or data science
- Familiarity with Google Suite (i.e. Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc)
- The rapidly expanding MongoDB product suite
- Exposure to a wide variety of market verticals and a broad spectrum of industry use cases
- Cross-industry tech modernization understanding
- Understanding of product and program management in a fast moving tech company
- Out-of-the-box thinking in new and uncharted programs
- Sales engagement models, sales qualification in a global company
