Speech Engineer II - Speech Engineering
Why We Have This Role
This group evaluates new Automated Speech Transcription (ASR) engines, using common and in-house metrics to determine accuracy and performance as well as engineer deployment and feature compatibility of ASRs. We also build and maintain tools to help new customers understand how they can be successful given the audio data available to them, and help them understand the limitations of audio quality, recording quality, and ASR technologies. Speech recognition and speech to text are a critical part of how we help customers get a full view of their customer and employee experience.
