We’re looking for an AgencyCommercial Partner to help grow Pinterest’s agency business globally. You will be responsible for the success of our commercial partnerships with agencies across the Americas region. This will involve you working with agency clients and internal cross-functional teams on analysis, strategy, negotiation, delivery and monitoring of our agency agreements. The successful candidate will also be required to contribute to the global and regional leadership teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Pinterest’s efforts to secure large-scale trading agreements with leading agency partners, in the US & Americas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior team members of agency HoldCos
  • Support and upskill agency leads across the region on commercial partnerships, negotiation, execution and tracking. Provide ongoing assistance to sellers working with these agencies
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of our commercial strategy
  • Proactively feedback and provide suggestions for improvements on go-to-market, internal initiatives and processes, and commercial offerings
  • Prove demonstrable impact of the agency team’s work using an effective combination of metrics and market feedback
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency partnerships

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years digital media agency, ideally in an investment management or trading function, and/or agency sales experience
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • A bias for proactively resolving issues, and an ability to predict and account for multiple scenarios
  • Demonstrable ability to analyze and draw clear insights and actions from large data sets
  • Experience working with executive-level business within agency organizations with a customer focus, and a proven ability to influence and build relationships internally and externally
  • Deep knowledge of the agency landscape, key decision makers, operating models, commercial structure and contracts
  • Initiative and a sense of responsibility for key projects within a global organization

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
