Sr Analyst, Outsourced Labor

Wayfair is seeking a Senior Analyst to support optimizing our outsourced labor (OSL) and business process outsourcing (BPO) spend, processes, and performance. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to centralize our OSL/BPO management and execute best-in-class OSL/BPO sourcing. This person will work with a matrixed team of OSL/BPO managers across Wayfair departments to set standards for operations, contracts, negotiations, and performance management. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the operating model, roadmap, and KPIs for Wayfair's OSL/BPO programs 
  • Support the OSL/BPO project management office to harmonize workflows and optimize cost, staffing levels and processes
  • Create reporting to audit and evaluate OSL/BPO spend to identify and capture efficiencies 
  • Ensure standardized contracting practices are applied and maintained in partnership with Legal and Procurement Operations
  • Identify areas of underperformance and manage RFX process to improve outcomes where necessary
  • Support legal, financial and technological advancements of outsourced programs including implementation of a VMS (Vendor Management System), vendor performance scorecards, efficient, streamlined onboarding processes, and accurate spend governance methodologies 
  • Be a thought partner for executive business partners in Finance, Talent, Merchandising, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Partner with Finance to govern and forecast spend for each line of business and broadly across the vendor network, establish spend targets, and monitor actuals
  • Create materials for onboarding, training, cross-utilizing, and measuring performance of vendors so that they are operating at maximum efficiency and meeting stakeholder established SLAs 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, procurement, vendor management, outsourcing, finance, operations, or similar business field
  • Ability to thrive in a high growth, data-oriented and entrepreneurial environment 
  • Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities 
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A track record of successful relationship management 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of employees and executive management
