What is The Role

We are seeking a Sr Associate, Global Inclusion and Community Impact to support our company goals. You’ll be in the middle of it all, helping design, implement and administer Global Inclusion and Community Impact programs across all levels of the organisation and teams worldwide. Reporting to the Director of Global Inclusion, the Sr Associate, Global Inclusion and Community Impact will work closely with them and other internal partners to evolve and grow Elastic’s goals in service of inclusion.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Help design, implement, and administer Global Inclusion and Community Impact programs, practices, and procedures to all levels of the organisation.
  • Advise and complete projects in support of Global Inclusion and Community Impact goals
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional HR and business team members to embed and infuse a lens to inclusion and progress organisational Inclusion & Community Impact
  • Help define and establish metrics for measuring the efficiency and success of Global Inclusion and Community Impact efforts.
  • Maintain familiarity with Global Inclusion and Community Impact trends, successful strategies, and industry standards; benchmark external trends and transfer key insights to improve maturity of programs.
  • Operate as a consultant to the business, aligning Global Inclusion and Community Impact initiatives with business and talent priorities, and guiding related decisions.
  • Recommend and develop Global Inclusion and Community Impact solutions and process improvements that influence positive behavioural change, align with strategic goals, and improve individual and organisational capability, while also leading multiple projects to achieve these strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal communication owners to ensure that Global Inclusion is considered in all internal and external communications while owning regular communication of initiatives, events, and progress.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 3-5 years cross-functional HR experience, developing and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to use metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of Global Inclusion and Community Impact initiatives.
  • Track record of building strong relationships internally and externally across cultures
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels, build trust, and foster a culture of inclusivity.
  • Strong capability in project management, including intake, data synthesis, prioritisation, creating resources, and change management.
  • A passionate and pragmatic champion of inclusion with a sensitivity to cultural differences and a commitment to promoting equity and fairness.
  • Ability to be both responsive to emerging issues and proactively seek out areas for change, with strong problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Familiarity navigating international employment laws and regulations with a globally inclusive lens and experience working in a matrixed global environment.
  • Consultative approach; ability to actively listen to understand needs and offer appropriate, strategic solutions
  • Successfully promote ideas, influence others, gain support for initiatives, and build strong relationships across different teams to achieve goals.
