Sr. Billing Product Manager

We're in search of a Sr. Billing Product Manager who is driven by a desire to optimize, innovate, and transform business technology across our organization. The role is primarily responsible for business stakeholder engagement, portfolio planning, roadmaps, influencing the balance of scope-budget-timelines, strategic planning, staffing, and agile-based delivery outcomes.
About this roll (Responsibilities)
- Partner in the development and implementation of the Product roadmap for Order-to-Cash.
- Maintain, document and manage project funnel, and drive prioritization process for operational/system improvements and strategic initiatives for the Billing & Collections track
- Drive partnership between EAT, R&D, and functional business owners across Finance and Customer Success Operations in prioritization and cross-functional delivery approach
- Create proper documentation for current and future state system flows, business requirements and decisions, and solution design in partnership with business SMEs and EAT Architects.
- Responsible for product execution, including measurement and documentation of business results achieved through solution implementation
- Proficient in how applications share data and communicate, knowledgeable of Data Management practices and Reporting Strategies
- Develop and facilitate timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.
- Intimate knowledge of business policies, processes, and programs with discernment of the different personas for each
- Knowledgeable on business best practices and available tools to scale business processes and support Toast company strategic initiatives
- Identify areas of improvement to improve system performance and internal EAT processes
Do you have the right ingredients? (Requirements)
Bachelors’ degree in business or computer science discipline6+ years of professional Product Management/Business Analyst experience, or focus in system implementation and transformationMastery of systems analysis, including root cause analysis and other process modeling and systems design methodologiesExperience with implementation and enhancements on Zuora Billing, NetSuite, and Salesforce systems.Effective influence and negotiation skills; ability to form and build relationships with key stakeholdersFamiliar with Order to Cash, Billing, or other Finance operations
- Proficient in SQL tools and cloud product management tools (Jira, Confluence, LucidCharts, Miro)
Ability to act as project manager with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentAble to think independently and consider cross-functional, upstream, and downstream impacts
