As the home of inspiration for over 400 million people, creativity is key to achieving success on Pinterest, and our Global Brand & Creative Solutions team is an essential partner to sellers and advertisers. As a key partner within the Global Sales Organization, we are looking for an APAC-based Brand & Creative Solutions Program Manager to help us localize, launch and lead our suite of current and new creative programs and packages. These packages will help advertisers drive full funnel success through the launch of new products, aligning to a moment or creating high-impact executions to drive inspiration and action. The work will flex your skills around business acumen, brand building principles, strategic insights and knowledge of our ad product.
What you’ll do:
- Build package narratives and support collateral for new and existing packages based on an insight, customer priority or gap and Pinterest product alignment
- Work collaboratively with key cross-functional team members across Sales, Content, Legal, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Measurement, Insights and Business Development
- Train Global Sales Organization on the package and support and consult on pitches
- Establish effective feedback look to track metrics around the package and optimize for continued success and further growth year-over-year
- Support multiple different packages in the market based on needs and maturity
- Manage multiple third partner vendors to ensure they are educated and successfully fulfilling each packages to our Pinterest standards
- Negotiate cost and timelines to drive efficiencies and velocity
- Take Global programs and custom fit them for the APAC markets
What we’re looking for:
- Experience navigating & successfully collaborating in complex internal structures
- Experience working with external brands (including senior-level), agencies, and vendors.
- Consistent and timely communication
- Familiarity with APAC market nuances
- Innovative thinker who is always seeking new ways to deepen the Pinner experience while also providing turnkey creative solutions to our brand partners.
- Ability to command a room of senior-level brand and agency representatives
- A passion for, and experience influencing, visually-led, business-driving creative work
- Ability to give and receive actionable feedback
- An entrepreneurial mindset that’s equally strong in the ideation phase as the execution
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with agency, platform or brand
- Japanese proficiency will be a bonus

In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Sydney City based office.
