The International Operations team is committed to ensuring our global leadership stays aligned and maximizes impact through data-driven decision-making. We create operating models, processes, and reporting mechanisms that drive alignment and efficiency across international business units.

We are seeking a high-potential individual to join our team supporting analytics strategy and operations for our global footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for many of the day-to-day analytics operations and enabling data driven decision making within Physical Security, The Office of the CEO and International Operations. You will work closely with international business leaders, operational stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to deliver actionable insights and optimize processes at scale. 

As a Sr. Business Intelligence, you will lead end-to-end BI projects from initial requirements gathering to deployment and adoption. You will own the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of our analytics infrastructure, ensuring data is efficiently extracted, transformed, and loaded (ETL) from multiple sources into trusted, well-structured datasets. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business, you will define and implement KPIs that align with strategic goals, develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks, and champion best practices for data quality, governance, and accessibility. Your leadership will be key in empowering teams with actionable, data-driven insights that improve operations, drive innovation, and support strategic decision‑making across the organization. Experience in data security measures, including access control and physical security, will be a valuable asset in safeguarding critical business information.

The impact you'll have:

  • Develop a technical foundation to deliver strategic insights to our physical and executive security organization. 
  • Architect and oversee end-to-end ETL processes to deliver trusted data from diverse sources in key investment areas such as physical security, partnerships, cloud region performance, international performance and company health. 
  • Identify and execute initiatives to make the Executive Staff and Office of the CEO more efficient and effective through metric visibility and automated reporting. 
  • Drive cross-functional data inspection and telemetry initiatives that are highly important to the company in close collaboration with senior members of our GTM, Finance, R&D, and Legal teams. 
  • Champion best practices in data governance and quality for all BI assets and apply that culture to the assets we own.

Who are you:

  • BS (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of production-level experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering roles.
  • Proven expertise in ETL design and implementation.
  • Experience developing scalable BI solutions and working with data visualization tools (e.g., Databricks AI/BI, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and large, distributed data processing.
  • Experience working on SaaS platforms or service-oriented architectures.
