Come join the IT Employee Experience team at Pinterest where we have the responsibility for creating the future of our employee experience.  In this role, you’ll be at the center of building a team that will implement the tools and practices that help us achieve this vision.  

What you’ll do:

  • Work cross-functionally with a broad set of business partners to design, implement, and maintain systems (people, process, and tools) to free our Pinterest employees and business teams from repetitive, tedious tasks
  • Provide inputs and consultation to product owners to inform Collaboration and Productivity Tools roadmaps
  • Plan and implement various Collaboration & Productivity technology enablement initiatives within IT Employee Experience team (Intranet, Enterprise Search, People Directory)
  • Collaborate with a team of technology experts to produce user stories, acceptance criteria, functional designs, specifications, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept for new and enhanced functionality
  • Understand and influence business process gaps via problem framing and applications solutioning
  • Conduct Solution Reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution aligned with business requirements
  • Work with executives, leaders, and teams to identify problems, design solutions, and lead projects to completion ensuring activities achieve intended outcomes (success criteria, ROI)

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years experience with technology initiatives (product management, consulting, etc)
  • Experience with Collaboration & Productivity tools (Intranet, Google Workspace, slack)
  • Experience managing large technology initiatives that are complex and cross-functional
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity, build alignment, and create buy-in with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to translate business goals into technology/product strategies and roadmaps
  • Techno-functional aptitude to collaborate quickly and effectively with business and technology leaders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications
  • Experience performing detailed gap analysis, and preparing as-is & to-be process documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, work autonomously with minimal oversight, and be proactive with communications and task prioritization

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
