SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

Sr. Business System Analyst at Pure Storage will be responsible for implementing the business operations and subscription management for the entire Portworx product portfolio as well as driving key product licensing initiatives. This role will focus on establishing business processes, integrating with subscription management tools and monitoring/reporting customer usage data. The role will work cross-functionally across the teams of PM, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Partner Alliance teams.

The Business Analyst  person will:

  • Drive key initiatives related to billing/subscription management across Portworx product portfolio
  • Setup, maintain, and analyze product SKUs required to fulfill sales processes 
  • Own the subscription management that includes revenue management, install base reporting and license entitlements
  • Work with sales and finance teams on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) workflows in Salesforce and Zuora
  • Develop business processes to streamline product development
  • Work with the  partner alliance team to enable the product offering in cloud marketplaces and track customer adoption and usage.
  • Work closely with support and sales to improve the customer experience

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 8+ years of experience as a business systems or data analyst working with product teams or cross-functional groups
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Detail-Oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience rolling out process changes across multiple functional areas
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • Experience with sales management tools like Salesforce, Zuora and Flexera
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools like SQL, Tableau 
  • Knowledge of SaaS tools for user and usage monitoring is a plus
