As a Senior Account Manager you'll develop relationships with our brand partners across all levels and support them as they use Pinterest to meet their goals. You'll take the lead on major initiatives and see them through to success.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with some of the largest omnichannel Retail businesses in Switzerland & Austria, to provide relevant solutions and solve for an array of business challenges
  • Build, manage, and grow a business with global footprint that spans across multiple Countries worldwide
  • Be the primary day-to-day contact for your business partners, ensuring campaign activation and adoption of new products
  • Solve partner business challenges by way of critical thinking and teamwork that produces industry leading business plans for large customers
  • Work with clients and agencies to cross sell and up-sell opportunities that contribute to the team's ability to exceed revenue targets
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business results that improve performance 
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners such as measurement to deliver against clients needs & goals

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing/advertising/digital, with specific acumen across search, data and measurement
  • Strong analytical/insights abilities  that can translate data from paid, owned, and earned metrics into a performance measurement narrative that scales value for pinners and partners
  • Understanding of ad platforms such as Pinterest Ads Manager or similar
  • Experience working with Retail brands
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet/surpass sales targets and generate revenues
  • Experienced to work in a global environment with moving targets
  • Established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders within client organizations
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
