Great brands help make those inspirations a reality and we're looking for a self-driven Account Manager to help our most strategic partners, successfully grow their business through Pinterest. You'll work directly with advertisers as a trusted consultant to their business. Your strategic advice & coaching is core to the value we bring as a platform. What you’ll do:

  • Deliver sales targets through key account management.
  • Retain, grow and diversify the value delivered to our partners ultimately growing Pinterest revenue as a result.
  • Provide your clients with optimisations and recommendations to ensure campaign success using insights and campaign reporting to build your recommendations.
  • Determine short and long range sales revenue plans and track progress closely via account management, optimisations and upsells.
  • Represent Pinterest with a high level of integrity and knowledge, acting as an advisor to your clients and their media agencies.
  • Manage existing and develop new relations with clients and media agencies in person and virtually.
  • Strong internal collaboration skills working with your peers support teams such as measurement, creative strategy to deliver against client needs/goals.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in digital, social or media agency.
  • Understanding of ad platforms such as Pinterest Ads Manager or similar.
  • Experience working closely with brands and agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet/surpass sales targets and generate revenues.
  • Strong analytical/insights abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person.

仕事内容:

  • 広告主や代理店パートナーに多角的な価値を提供または維持・拡大できるように努め、その結果として Pinterest の収益向上を目指す
  • キャンペーンを成功させるために、インサイトとキャンペーンレポートを用いて広告主や代理店パートナーに最適化と提案を行う
  • 短期および長期の売上収益計画を決定し、アカウント管理、最適化、アップセルを通じて進捗を綿密に追跡する。
  • 広告主のビジネスゴールを的確に把握し、説得力のあるストーリーとアクショナブルなインサイトに落とし込み、広告主の成功をサポートする提案を行う
  • 広告主やメディアエージェンシーとの既存の関係を維持し、さらなる発展的な関係を築く
  • 広告主のニーズや目標に応えるため、測定やクリエイティブ戦略などのサポートチームと協働する
  • メジャメントやインサイト、製品マーケティング、クリエイティブ戦略など社内複数チーム間で協力し、広告主のビジネスで継続的に成果を上げるために必要なソリューションを社内で提唱する

応募資格:

  • マーケティング/広告/デジタルの分野で 5年以上の職務経験(検索、データ、測定に関する洞察力を含む)がある
  • Pinterest Ads Managerなどや他メディア媒体における広告プラットフォームの深い理解と広告運用経験
  • 広告主や代理店と連携し、広告主のビジネスの最大化に寄与した経験
  • チームワークを重視し、運用の厳格さ、デジタルに関する洞察、卓越したビジネスの能力を高い水準で発揮しながら、変化のスピードが速い環境で確実に成果を上げられる
  • ビジネス英語会話スキル

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Tokyo City based office.
