We are seeking an experienced, technical, and business-centric Sr. Data Analyst. As a Senior  Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in interpreting complex datasets, deriving actionable insights, visualization, and informing strategic decision-making within our organization. Leveraging your advanced analytical skills, statistical expertise, business acumen, and proficiency in data modeling and visualization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and overall business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business team to design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards
  • Collect business requirements and ask probing questions to fully understand business requirements
  • Run deep ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions spanning multiple cross-functional teams
  • Own your analytical projects to completion and adoption of insights
  • Oversee design of data models and designs required to implement Microsoft BI solutions and Power BI Reports
  • Understanding data modeling techniques including 3rd NF, star schema, data vault etc.
  • Lead and manage architecture solutions, support, and development of ad hoc and long-term Power BI Reports
  • Experience in the automotive and supply chain industry is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience with PowerBI, Cloud Data Platform, Python, and SQL
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling and data engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
