As Senior Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with an outstanding services, customer engineering and sales team, and servicing our global customer base on projects. Our customers include Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, government entities, and non-profits, all delving into some of the world's most interesting and complex search, observability and security problems. Our consulting team assists in applying solutions to these challenges. 

The Senior Delivery Manager provides immediate and measurable value to their projects. You are a highly skilled and seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading and managing complex projects across industries. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

What You Will Be Doing:

Own and lead selected, simultaneous projects and manage client expectations through to completion.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, from initiation to closure.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to project teams, motivating team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk management, and communication strategies
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Create and track team resourcing including resource scheduling, assignment creation, timecard reviews, and utilization reporting in the Professional Services Automation ("PSA") tool
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Be comfortable working remotely with a highly distributed Consulting Services team and partners, and flexible to work with customers across time zones

What You Bring Along:

  • At least 7 years project management experience with increasing project size and complexity
  • Excels in a client-facing role, ideally within a professional services or consulting setting
  • Comfortable navigating complex negotiations at a senior level 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Practical experience in agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt based on the customer environment 
  • Experience working in a software vendor and/or system integrator environment

Bonus Points:

  • A previous technical background or a strong interest in understanding technology
  • Project management experience across ASEAN and India
  • PMP, Agile or equivalent qualifications
