YOUR MISSION
Our Global Internal Communications and events team is looking for a Mid-Senior Graphic Designer to join the team. In this role, you will lead the creative direction and execution for all internal projects and events, both internal and external. You will also have the crucial responsibility of liaising with senior leadership and key stakeholders on high-impact projects, as well as leading internal brand guidelines, tone, and creative concept and strategy for employee communications.
Key Responsibilities:- Creative Concept Development and Visual design direction for internal campaigns, initiatives, and events: ensuring the tone and design is innovative, engaging, and aligned with the company’s values, culture and goals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all internal communications and event materials align with the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all channels. Align with internal design teams to ensure consistency across all executions and audiences.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts to internal stakeholders, gathering feedback and making revisions as needed to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal communications, events, office management, Global Affairs and other teams on design and messaging objectives to develop visual concepts that support strategic initiatives.
- Event Collateral Design: Conceptualize and execute design solutions for internal and external events. This includes all design assets for events, from videos and invitations, to on-site decoration, presentations and digital content.
- Production Oversight: Oversee the production of design materials, liaising with external vendors and printers when necessary, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Trends and Innovation: Stay current with design trends, tools, and technology to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the internal communications and events experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in an art director or senior design role, preferably at an advertising or PR agency, internal communications, corporate branding, or event design.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing
- Experience with web and digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design consistency and brand alignment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders in English.
