Company Overview

It’s an approach resulting from the shift to the Subscription Economy that puts customers first by building recurring relationships instead of one-time product sales and focuses on sustainable growth. The Team & Role

The Solutions Management team is an Outbound Product & Engineering function driving organizational alignment to an outcome of customer product adoption, and consists of three pillars - Segment Solutions, Product Readiness, and Request & Escalation management. A key part of Zuora’s next phase of growth, Solutions Management will be responsible for driving best practices and efficiencies in taking the outcomes of Product and Engineering’s complete Order to Revenue strategy to the market.

Within Solutions Management, the Product Readiness charter is to assure that Zuora’s product releases and their operational implications are well executed and understood by relevant Zuora and partner teams from product planning through deployment, release, and enablement.

Working closely with Product & Engineering leaders, the Product Readiness team is Product & Engineering’s point person for proactively communicating preparedness, status, incident/escalation response and reporting related to all release and launch activities.
