The Revenue Controllership Transformation team is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Project Manager to support cross functional initiatives that impact systems and processes in the domain of Revenue Accounting and specifically our Order-To-Cash (OTC) process.

This role will be responsible for planning, leading and executing high visibility, cross-functional Initiatives. We are seeking a detail oriented, motivated, self starter that is comfortable in a fast paced environment and works well with stakeholders of all levels, including Senior Directors. The ability to digest information, think critically, plan and execute in a collaborative environment, and communicate effectively with senior level leadership will be key to success in the role. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Intake new project requests, working with stakeholdersto understand, define and align the request.
  • Document comprehensive requirements and project plan details. You will ensure concise, accurate and holistic documentation is the standard for each initiative.
  • Lead multiple Initiativesof varying size and complexity which impact the Revenue Controllership.You will manage all phases of an initiative and will understand the details, identify risks while keeping stakeholders informed, engaged and accountable.
  • Analyze: You will seek to learn the inner workings of systems and operations impacted by your initiative. You will strive to become a subject matter expert as you progress through the initiative.
  • Establish strong relationships within Finance, IT, Engineering and key business partners. 
  • Communicate Ensure comprehensive and timely communication of project details to relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan, drive and participate in User Acceptance Testing. Strategize UAT, prepare testing document and coordinate stakeholders to complete testing on time.
  • Conduct various pre and post launch activities including but not limited to assisting in roadmap planning, monitoring system health, leading training, retrospectives and documentation refreshes.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Combined 6+ years of relevant work experience in Finance and Accounting Operations, Project Management and Technology
  • 2+ years delivering large finance systems projects
  • Expertise in Revenue Accounting, specifically Order-To-Cash (OTC)
  • Experience with Salesforce, billing and accounting systems
  • Business partnering and communication skills including the ability to build senior level relationships and act as a trusted advisor and build scalable solution for Sales, Product, Engineering and Finance leadership
  • Expertise with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Passion to work with complexity in a rapidly changing environment
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic
  • Organization - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience
  • PMP/CPA/CA or similar professional accreditation is a plus
  • Big 4 or consulting experience is a plus

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
