SR. GLOBAL BENEFITS SPECIALIST

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Global Benefits Senior Analyst to support the administration, analytics, and continuous improvement of our growing global benefits programs. This individual will play a key role in operational execution across multiple countries and will provide data-driven insights and process support to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with company objectives. While the primary focus is global, the role will also assist with domestic (U.S.) benefits initiatives and programs as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the execution and maintenance of benefits programs globally, including health, insurance, retirement, wellness, and leaves administration.
  • Partner with our intern HR team, global vendors and local teams to manage renewals, escalations, and day-to-day service delivery.
  • Manage benefits data integrity, reporting, and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of benefits communications, including FAQs, guides, and policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations; track legislative updates and support timely implementation of changes.
  • Support global integration efforts during acquisitions and new market expansions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Payroll, Legal, HR, Finance) to support cross-functional benefits operations.
  • Participate in U.S. benefits activities such as audits, program support, and process enhancements as needed.
  • Assist in planning and executing key annual events, such as open enrollment and plan renewals, by gathering data, analyzing plan utilization, and preparing stakeholder-ready reports and materials.
  • Support the administration and compliance of U.S. health, welfare, and retirement programs, partnering with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of day-to-day operations.
  • Respond to employee benefit inquiries and assist in issue resolution, ensuring timely follow-up, tracking trends, and recommending process improvements to enhance the U.S. benefits experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience administering employee benefits.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or finance.
  • Master’s degree in HR, business or finance.
  • 7+ years of experience in employee benefits, with experience with global program administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while navigating complex and changing requirements.
  • Spanish fluency or proficiency is a plus.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
  • This role is located in Bastrop, TX and requires you be to onsite. Remote and/or hybrid work will not be considered.
