As Databricks continues to expand globally, a thriving Global Mobility program is foundational to the success of the business. We need someone passionate about all things Global Mobility to drive transformational change of our program and operations. The Sr. Global Mobility Specialist - US Immigration Manager will report to the Director of Global Mobility, leading the strategy and execution of the US region. This is a great opportunity to provide vision and direction to a growing program and company, and drive execution.

The impact you will have:

  • Manage Databrick’s US Immigration programs & workflows
  • Partner with key leaders and stakeholders to develop and execute both short-term and long-term Immigration strategies/roadmaps
  • Consult with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing options in leveraging Global Mobility to meet business needs
  • Identify process inefficiencies, and become a process simplification champion
  • Build and maintain process documentation, partnering with internal stakeholder teams to ensure a cohesive employee experience
  • Manage the relationship of the US Immigration vendor, ensuring accountability to targets/SLAs, program execution, and employee experience
  • Triage critical issues, exceptions

What we look for:

  • Deep technical knowledge of Immigration
  • 5+ years of global mobility program management
  • Technical knowledge of Relocation, and Tax
  • Experience designing, scaling, transforming high-volume programs
  • Strategy & planning mindset, execution/delivery
  • You’re a problem solver, with successful project and process management experience

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range$94,100—$166,500 USD
