What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate cross functionally with People and Business leaders to ideate, incubate, develop, and implement new I&D strategic priorities. 
  • Implement functional I&D strategies in partnership with HRBPs focused on representation, retention, and engagement in conjunction with workforce planning.
  • Project manage a broad spectrum of activities ranging from highly strategic to tactical and play a key role in helping the organization focus on achieving I&D goals.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to research, analyze, and benchmark to support people and I&D priorities and recommendations.
  • Consult and collaborate with HRBPs in Sales, Marketing and Corporate functions re: org-specific concerns and opportunities.
  • Utilize data in partnership with the People Insights and Analytics team to Identify I&D focused organizational health trends. 
  • Drive delivery and execution of People Team goals and priorities.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in people, business or DEI operations; experience supporting engineering teams a plus 
  • Strong program management experience with demonstrated ability to execute high-visibility programs that involve multiple stakeholders with adherence to ambitious deadlines 
  • Clear judgment and decision making when navigating complex personal conversations involving identity, representation, inclusion, and belonging 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build and deepen relationships cross-functionally, manage stakeholder expectations and influence employees across all levels of the company 
  • Broad and deep inclusion and diversity subject matter expertise demonstrated through education and/or professional experience 
  • Prior HRBP experience a plus

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
