We are looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to join our Content Partnership team in France. This role will be focused on accompanying the Merchants in deploying their content strategies on Pinterest, to increase their visibility and enhance their business. From inspirational content to product pins, Merchants play an essential role in the Pinners' journey, and in their decision-making funnel. The Merchant SPM will be responsible for creating and executing scalable strategies for Merchant acquisition and onboarding in order to help partners to achieve their goals thanks to Pinterest, and the same way acquire quality content at scale to enhance our Pinners experience. 

 

What you'll do:

  • Create and execute scalable strategies for Merchant acquisition and onboarding including impactful tooling adoption, increasing the number of engaged Merchants on the platform, and the overall content on Pinterest 
  • Articulate the value of the Pinterest platform to Merchants on best practices and ingestion methods to help them onboard their best in class content
  • Strategize and initiate meetings/negotiations with Merchant leadership and execution teams
  • Evaluate and analyze performance and provide feedback to improve the Pinterest product as needed
  • Identify key Merchants to be featured in Pinterest surfaces, and marketing campaigns as needed
  • Work on complex problems 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify product pain points and advocate for Merchant teams

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of relationship management/partnerships experience with a deep knowledge of Merchants/Shopping, driving/executing strategy
  • Experience managing a pipeline from acquisition to graduation strategies
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with ability to build and deliver presentations
  • Operational and analytical rigor to optimize strategies and partnerships that drive long-term business results
  • Technical acumen, understanding various tools and systems to acquire content
  • An analytical thinker, with the ability to solve/provide solutions to complex problems
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an appetite to grow Merchant shoppable and inspirational content
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities
