Sr. Manager, New Channels Strategy
Factor’s New Channels team is focused on expanding into emerging distribution channels beyond our core DTC business - Factor for Business, Healthcare Programs, Foodservice and Retail. As we prepare to scale these channels, we’re hiring a Senior Manager, Strategy to drive planning, analytics, and cross-functional execution. Reporting to the Associate Director of New Channels, you’ll serve as the connective tissue across GTM, Ops, Tech, and Finance - owning strategic planning, coordinating high-impact projects, and building the systems and processes that enable sustainable growth.
You will…- Lead strategic planning — drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, update TAM and scenario models, and monitor OKRs; translate findings into clear revenue targets, launch timelines, and resource needs
- Identify new growth opportunities & GTM strategies – monitor competitive trends, size untapped segments, and develop go-to-market plans for emerging channels or offerings
- Drive strategic projects – serve as project lead for key initiatives across new channels (e.g., new tech feature launch, launching a large partnership), aligning Tech, Ops, Product, and Legal on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Shape the product roadmap – translate New Channel business needs into requirements for both tech (e.g., portal features, data integrations) and physical product(e.g., menu specs, packaging, labeling); partner with the relevant cross functional teams to execute
- Own business reporting – orchestrate monthly and quarterly business reviews, delivering concise insights on channel performance, risks, and next steps to leadership

- Excited by implementation: you aren’t just able to develop strategy and plans but enjoy affecting change and implementing initiatives across the business
- Self-motivated and results driven: you are able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment; you independently push multiple projects to completion with a sense of urgency
- 5+ years in strategy, consulting, business ops corporate development, or high-growth startup roles.
- Experience leading business planning and cross‑functional initiatives with C‑suite visibility
- Familiarity with go-to-market planning and new-business launches; exposure to food, CPG, or healthcare a plus.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management or related fields with strong academic record, MBA Preferred
