Our mission is to ensure reliability of our cloud, customer transactions and Engineering Services to deliver unparallel customer experience , well optimized TCO and Enable growth.WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE●      Be accountable to avoid customer impacting issues and drive mitigation of  the customer impacting issues within minutes.●      Lead operations with code and nurture partnership with our stakeholders●      Drive software engineering practice to automate our portfolio.●      Lead by example to live our values (Customer obsession, Accountability, Outcome Driven, Innovative and Trusted Partnership) and inculcate them in the team.●      Continuously upskill team to be ahead of the curve to enable organization strategy and execution.●      Develop partnership with stakeholders and deliver on common goals.●      Building high performance teams and team development●      Drive 100% Operational excellence.●      Initiate and drive transformations to transform customer experience, productivity, Employee engagement and optimizations.●      Set goals and Priorities for the team.●      Drive PI planning and be accountable for the PI deliverables.●      Develop and execute specific strategies to drive self-services, optimizations, and Employee engagements.●      Drive engineering mindset in the team to engineer sustainable and optimized solutionsWHAT WE THINK YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL·      15+ years’ experience in building and operating software applications●     5+ years of experience in Managing incidents, Problems, and changes in large scale cloud environments.●     5+ years of people management experience in managing engineers in DevOps environment.●     Strong practical knowledge in AWS Cloud services, Tiered and Micro services application architectures.●     Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.●     Strong experience in Agile practice●     Developing and Deploying Code using CI/CD pipelines.●     Have used and supported the below.○     Excellent knowledge in Linux administration○     Ansible and Terraform○     Tomcat App Servers, MySQL, Oracle, Kafka, ActiveMQ, REDIS Elastic Cache, Kong, and APIs○     ELK stack and Grafana○     Docker & Kubernetes○     Data refresh and Data sync technologies●     Building relationship and trust, Collaborating across organizations●     Hiring, Mentoring, Coaching and performance management●     Excellent communication skills, Innovative thinking, and can-do attitude
