With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager that will play a central role in ensuring the Marketing organization runs smoothly and efficiently. Acting as the operational backbone of the team, this role drives structure, clarity, and coordination across all marketing activities: from process optimization and OPEX management to internal communications, team events, and AI-enabled efficiency improvements.Reporting to the Director GTM Delivery, you’ll ensure that the marketing team operates with strong alignment, seamless financial and process flows, and a consistent rhythm of communication and collaboration. By owning key operational routines, managing marketing events, coordinating across functions, and exploring how AI tools and automation can enhance productivity, you’ll help the department stay focused, efficient, and empowered to deliver its best work.

Your Tasks

Operational Excellence & Process Management

  • Own and continuously optimize internal marketing processes, workflows, and documentation.

  • Partner with marketing leadership to translate strategic priorities into scalable operational processes and measurable outcomes.

  • Manage and evolve sprint structures and planning routines to ensure alignment and accountability across teams.

  • Identify, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing efficiency and operational excellence through AI automation.

  • Increase visibility of priorities, project status, and dependencies.

  • Act as the main point of contact for process-related questions, templates, and best practices.

Financial Operations & OPEX Management
  • Oversee the planning and management of an eight-figure annual marketing budget in close partnership with Marketing Leadership and Finance.

  • Ensure accurate budget forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis to support planning cycles.

  • Act as the internal point of contact for all invoice-related processes, ensuring smooth collaboration with Finance.

  • Provide operational insights to improve financial efficiency and transparency.

Marketing Meetings & Internal Communications
  • Own the planning and execution of key internal marketing touchpoints, including All-Hands, Leadership meetings, and off-sites, ensuring alignment, engagement, and strategic communication across teams.

  • Support internal workshops, training sessions, and other engagement initiatives for the marketing team.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Leadership on agenda planning, follow-ups, and communication cadence.

Administrative & Operational Support
  • Oversee documentation standards and knowledge management systems to ensure transparency and scalability across marketing.

  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks to ensure the team’s tools and systems support high performance.

You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or project coordination, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

  • Strong organizational and process-thinking skills, detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with a deep understanding of key SaaS business metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, payback period).

  • Hands-on experience designing, implementing, or optimizing AI workflows or agents for marketing, content, or operational automation.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with the ability to analyze data, build reports, and derive insights.

  • Experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Asana, Jira, or similar tools.

  • Highly proactive and structured.

  • Collaborative, service-minded, and adaptable.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
