The Measurement Partner team for Germany is focused on supporting the ads measurement needs of our sellers and advertisers. As a Measurement Partner for Germany, you will help a variety of advertisers to understand user behaviors on Pinterest and measure the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest. You’ll design and execute empirical research that will include both analyses for individual clients and to inform the industry as a whole.

What you’ll do:

• Build a relationship with clients and educate them about measurement challenges and solutions, especially for performance advertising
• Execute performance measurement studies and analyses (conversion lift, sales lift, split testing/matched market test)
• Help advertisers understand and optimize Pinterest’s performance within their preferred measurement tools
• Set up brand lift studies and consult sales and clients in running these studies
• Distill feedback, insights & recommendations back to product & measurement teams to improve our product/strategy/positioning
• Scale support and impact in the form of playbooks, best practices and meta analysis

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in Digital Ads Measurement, Digital Marketing or Adtech
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, business administration, communication science, media informatics or equivalent experience.
• Worked with attribution solutions such as MTA, Site Analytics like Google Analytics or MMM
• Candidate needs an understanding of changes in the ads measurement ecosystem due to privacy regulations
• Creative forward thinking measurement expert
• Experienced in working directly with clients and discussing measurement challenges and solutions
• Team player willing to work closely with internal and external stakeholders from sales, cross functional roles, external partners, agencies and advertisers
• Experience with SQL is preferred
• Fluent in German and English

• We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1x per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices: Hamburg/Berlin/Munich.
