The Challenge

As a Partner Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering seamless, impactful experiences for OneTrust’s global partner ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for driving partner engagement and enablement through the orchestration of partner implementation forums, the maintenance of specialized deployment certifications, and ongoing support of partner communications and learning experiences.

Working closely with the Partner Engagement & Activation Leader, as well as the Enablement, Training, and Marketing teams, you’ll help ensure partners are informed, empowered, and inspired to deliver exceptional value to mutual customers.

Your Mission

Partner Experience & Engagement

  • Support execution of partner engagement strategy and communication cadence including newsletters, webinars, and community interactions.
  • Facilitate feedback loops across partner touchpoints to inform improvements in partner experience and training programs.
  • Act as a liaison for partner needs and ensure alignment across internal teams for timely support and resource delivery.

Partner Implementation Forums

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage Partner Implementation Forums — quarterly virtual or in-person events designed to enable partner delivery excellence.
  • Own end-to-end logistics, agenda planning, speaker coordination, and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with Services, Product, and Enablement teams to ensure technical content aligns with partner implementation best practices.

Deployment Certification Management

  • Manage and maintain Partner-ized versions of OneTrust’s Deployment Certifications, in collaboration with the Global Training & Enablement teams.
  • Ensure certifications are kept current with product updates and reflect the unique needs and delivery approaches of partners.
  • Monitor partner certification progress and completion metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.

Enablement & Learning Support

  • Coordinate with Partner Enablement to support the rollout of scalable training and learning resources.
  • Support the delivery of onboarding, learning paths, and toolkits for partner segments including Services, Resellers, and GSIs.
  • Serve as the point person for partner feedback regarding certification programs and enablement assets.
You Have
  • 3–5 years of experience in partner programs, enablement, event coordination, or customer success roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; experience coordinating events or educational programs preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to synthesize complex information into clear messaging.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, PRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Passion for delivering meaningful partner experiences and driving continuous improvement.
  • Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$135,000—$180,000 USDWhere we Work
