YOUR MISSION

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Review, report and consolidate Payroll Costs monthly according to the Finance team's needs and deadlines
  • Settle and improve control processes empowering data accuracy and time efficiency
  • Help build, re-structure and organize the data and reports needed in the People Controlling team to ensure timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analyses
  • Provide meaningful insights and support the monthly Global Personnel budget tracking (Actuals vs Budget) and variance analysis
  • Together with the rest of the team, run the annual Headcount Planning process, as well as monthly Best Estimate activities
  • Support the implementation of reporting solutions that facilitate the goal of automation and self-service
  • Support several stakeholders within the Finance and People departments across the company with any ad-hoc requests

 

You must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • +4 years’ experience in Finance, Audit or related Controlling fields
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • G Suite expertise (Sheets, Presentations), Office Suite expertise (Excel)
  • Experience in the implementation of projects, processes and procedures
  • A proven track record, strong business acumen, and an analytical and proactive approach to solving problems and managing data
  • The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines, with a sense of personal responsibility for delivering high-quality work
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Hands-on profile and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Workday and/or SAP
  • Spanish language
