As part of this mission, Chewy is seeking a Program Manager, Veterinary Care Field Operations to help us build a connected, seamless customer experience for our Veterinary practices. This individual will be responsible for developing standard processes and supporting change management for practice operations in order to enable excellent customer experience and team member experience.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced operator that can dig into problems and present compelling solutions across teams while also building mechanisms in order to scale intake and solution delivery.  They have a passion for processes and partnerships that enable results and don’t shy away from change.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Support intake mechanism and prioritization of work that supports practice operations
  • Track and handle the delivery of key initiatives, creating summaries and templates to communicate effectively across teams.
  • Assist with the documentation of opportunities and solution requirements for practice operations
  • Serve as project manager for practice optimization initiatives
  • Drive engagement initiatives and support team member experience
  • Identify and share standard processes across a network of practices, ensuring operating standards are delivered and maintained

What you’ll need:

  • BA/BS in finance, business, engineering, or similar field
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and business insight for decision making
  • Strong self-initiative to prioritize duties and adapt to ambiguity
  • Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail and in a timely manor.
  • Flexibility to work nontraditional hours across time-zones where needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and technical ability to learn new systems
  • Experience with project management software- Smartsheet is a bonus
  • Willingness to travel, up to 75%
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, push, carry, squat, and kneel
