Sr Revenue Operations Analyst

The Team & Role
As a Sr Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of revenue operations strategies that drive efficiency and growth. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution of revenue and customer retention goals, leveraging your expertise in forecasting, data analysis, process optimization, and strategic planning.
This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely while occasionally getting together with your team for office visits, events, or offsites. Of course, you’re welcome to come into the office more often if you’re nearby. Our Tech Stack: Salesforce, Clari, PowerBI, Google Suite
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, ensuring accuracy and reliability. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to streamline revenue operations processes and enhance data integrity.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights on revenue performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle, including lead generation, sales funnel management, and customer retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create detailed reports to track revenue metrics and trends.
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve complex business problems and inform decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.
Your experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and bonus for Clari.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data to diverse audiences.

The base pay range for this position is only one element of a candidate's total rewards package, which may also include bonuses/variable compensation, equity, and benefits. Base Pay Details$95,200—$168,000 USD
