The SMB team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to work closely with our Canada Sales team who is passionate about making business operations, tools, and processes more efficient and effective. Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements, scoping central processes/tools, driving alignment, automating workflows, and leading the implementation and measurement. The ideal candidate is action-focused, data-driven, and loves breaking down problems and delivering large projects end-to-end. You will collaborate across internal teams (sales, product, engineering and marketing) and act as a central data-driven program manager leading alignment on and execution of operational processes, systems, and workflows for our SMB teams.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead sales process optimization for your market through process mapping, analysis, and redesign
  • Examine process flow to identify opportunities for improvement, estimate impact and investment required, and partner with key stakeholders to define the should-be process
  • Project manage end-to-end process optimization from requirement scoping to implementation
  • Increase understanding and adoption of core and critical processes across key audiences - sales executives, process owners, and partners
  • Define problem statements and collaborate with technical partners to build solutions that scale
  • Assist with ongoing development of training material for end users
  • Develop reports and dashboards to actively monitor tool usage and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support analysis and assessment of new tools that can help the team continue to scale and automate processes
  • Surface learnings and best practices to the Global Program Management team 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years experience in business / customer operations, technical project management, or program management (specifically within SMB and advertising preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Outreach strongly preferred (Bonus: experience with Medallia, Calendly and Gong administration)
  • Ability to establish shared goals and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in project managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale process redesign or systems implementation
  • Strong analytical skills; experience breaking down ambiguous data problems to deliver insights
  • Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and balance multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of productivity and detail orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English proficiency

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/week, and therefore can be situated in a commutable distance from one of the following offices: Toronto, Canada.
