As a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be a critical generalist and and a strategic partner for Global Content Organization (GCO) leaders across strategy, operations and processes. You’ll be responsible for leveraging analytical and strategic thinking and have a strong bias to action in shaping and driving key Content priorities. You will drive critical projects end-to-end from strategy to execution, including driving operational processes and improvements. You’ll partner closely with our Content leadership team and XFN partners to develop and bring to life data-driven strategies to accelerate growth globally. In this highly visible role, you’ll own budgets and account planning design and execution —acting as a multiplier for business outcomes and a thought partner to senior leaders.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects: Define the problem, build the work plan, gather and synthesize data, run analyses, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence: set clear expectations, align stakeholders, and ensure consistent follow‑through. Identify and scale shared initiatives, processes, and systems across the team.
- Influence cross‑functional partners (e.g., Partnerships, Programming & Originals, Finance, Analytics, Program Management) to execute priorities and deliver results.
- Support strategy and planning efforts; shape and operationalize the Strategy & Operations roadmap and support broader strategic and annual planning efforts.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in strategy and operations within fast‑paced, analytical environments (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, tech/media).
- Hands‑on experience with operating cadences and budgets; partner management or content programming experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical rigor and structured problem solving; able to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven track record improving processes and driving operational change to completion.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills; adept at influencing and presenting to stakeholders, including senior audiences and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and delivering with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau preferred (not required).

- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times annually, and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
