What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of ongoing reports, analyses and dashboards to guide important decisions and process improvements within Mid Term Planning team.
• Work with the Supply Chain teams in areas including network/topology planning and design, capacity planning, inventory placement, transportation planning, delivery experience for improved customer experience.
• Provide Senior Leadership with updates on Mid-Term Planning metrics, including ongoing analysis and interpretation of data.
• Improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets.
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
• Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
• Respond to high priority requests from senior business leaders.
• Present information verbally, as well as in written reports.

What You’ll Need:

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Information Management, Data Science or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Analytics.
• Experience dealing with results and data with a desire to create new processes.
• Tableau, Excel, and SQL expertise.
• Knowledge of data warehousing.
• Look at solutions and see opportunities and can lead the way.
• Convey important insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst position is $87,000.00 - $130,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
