Our People Technology Team is looking for a Workday technology partner/systems analyst to support the People and Payroll/Equity Teams. You will manage projects that showcase your experience with Workday (and many other tools) while working cross-functionally with departments across the company. You will also have many opportunities to highlight real quantifiable results to the executive-level leaders and present on behalf of the IT team.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain the Workday platform with a focus on integrations, reporting, security administration, data loads and data audits
  • Evaluate incoming technical requests from HR, Finance and IT to identify appropriate solutions and execute on them
  • Provide production support for all business systems used by the People, Payroll and Equity Teams
  • Partner with operations and business analyst to drive projects from cradle to grave

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of technical and functional experience in Workday, including deep knowledge of integration technologies
  • Ability to functionally understand, configure, and run programs in at least 2 areas (ex. Payroll, Compensation, Performance, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Experience in executing on team-based sprints, owning projects, and balancing workload
  • Familiarity with ticket systems using project tracking software (e.g. Jira)
  • Ability to prioritize work independently and deliver in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Functional working knowledge of at least two Workday modules in HCM or Payroll
