Databricks is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support us as a Sr. Treasury Analyst on our fast-growing Treasury team! You will report to the Head of Treasury. You will support all aspects of Global Treasury Operations activities. This includes global cash management, assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the company and supporting the cash forecasting process. Although Treasury will be your primary focus, you will have immediate interaction and opportunities to partner cross functionally including accounting, tax, payroll, legal, accounts receivable and payable.
The impact you will have:
- Global daily Cash Positioning of 50+ DB bank accounts.
- Prior Day & Current Day reconciliation to review and validate activities, investigate unrecognized payments.
- Make investment decisions to invest/redeem cash using MMF accounts to ensure liquidity.
- Monthly International funding for 15+ bank entities around the globe.
- Prepare and maintain short-term liquidity forecasts for 15+ global entities (domestic and international).
- Global banking administration management across 5+ banking partners.
- Maintain and update user access & entitlement matrix.
- Own and manage the interest income forecasting and variance analysis.
- Implement treasury intake forms for wire requests, bank portal access requests, and entitlement updates.
- Perform monthly variance analysis of cash management and identify key drivers.
- Manage SOX, audit, and future compliance requests, FBAR, FATCA, KYC, etc.
- Organize & Manage Treasury team's role for new corporate & finance initiatives.
- Maintain Treasury Management System, providing support for operational improvement, including scalability, system connectivity and automation.
- Own bank account management, including opening/closing accounts, bank portal administration, KYC, signatory updates and FBAR reporting.
- Oversee Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee programs.
- Project manage 100% company wide treasury initiatives from international expansion, acquisitions, venture investments, systems upgrade and implementation.
What we look for:
- Minimum 5-8 years of Corporate Treasury experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting required
- Self-starter with a proven track record of prioritizing and driving multiple projects and results to completion.
- Highly motivated and organized with acute attention to detail.
- Has the ability to work independently & drive processes to conclusion.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact across all levels of management.
- Microsoft Excel modeling, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive skills.

Pay Range Transparency
Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
