  • You are comfortable moving around a large technology stack to understand how those features work and contribute to different parts of the platform.
  • Exposure or knowledge of Netsuite is a plus

Skills:

Fluent English: Excellent communication skills in English.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred, but not mandatory.Experience: 2-3+ years in billing, collections, or a similar role.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.Proactivity: Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to excel.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.Organization: Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail.Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.Team Spirit: A collaborative team player willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure all necessary information (addresses, tax details, etc.) is collected for accurate billing.
  • Invoice Preparation: Generate and send daily invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Tracking Deliveries: Monitor software deliveries and maintain appropriate evidence in our financial system.
  • Collections: Manage the collection process for customer invoices.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly accounts receivable aging reports and flag any issues promptly.
  • Reconciliations: Prepare accounting reconciliations with precision.
  • Control Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of controls and processes.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors, providing necessary support and documentation.
  • Special Projects: Assist with various special projects as needed.
