At HelloFresh, data drives our decision-making, and our Product-Portfolio Management team is no exception. We use product planning and delivery data to fast-track investments and trade-off decisions and maximize the returns over our investments in technology. 

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst - Portfolio Analytics who will partner with cross-functional senior leadership of the technology team (i.e. Product, Design, Engineering, Data) and in other teams in HelloFresh (i.e. HR, Finance) to meaningfully increase the quality of insights and underlying data that drives strategic investments decisions in technology.

• Partner productively with senior leaders to support decision-making, tracking the product-portfolio - i.e. evaluating ROI of investments, progress towards key results; providing actionable, conclusive recommendations for senior leaders.
• Identify and translate business problems into hypotheses that can be tested with data, perform statistical analysis, and explain your observations, solutions and recommendations.
• Design, develop and support long lasting data products across all stages of the product life cycle using Excel/G-Sheet, SQL, Python, Tableau. 
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders across HelloFresh driving process excellence and continuous improvement.

• You have at least 7 years of work experience in digital-first, cross-functional and large-scale organizations, with minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence.
• You master Excel/G-Sheet, have solid experience with SQL, data visualization tools (we use Tableau in HelloFresh) and analytical models.
• You can operate in high ambiguity, have proven ability to manage senior stakeholders (including C-level) and are confident to influence business decisions.
• You are proactive, possess advanced problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities. 
• You are an outstanding written and oral communicator, can explain complex concepts and know how to encourage action in your audiences.
