We’re looking for a Staff Data Analyst with a focus on Product Analytics. This role will be key to driving data-informed product decisions that improve the user experience, accelerate growth, and deepen engagement across our platform.?This is a hybrid position. Candidates considered for this role will be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Job

  • Lead high-impact analytical initiatives that shape product strategy, evaluate performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions in BI tools, to enable self-service insights across the company.
  • Translate open-ended business and product questions into structured analytical projects and actionable insights.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to define success metrics, evaluate experiments, and identify levers that improve engagement and retention.
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Integrate LLM-based solutions into analytics workflows to streamline data discovery and automate insights generation at scale, improving speed and consistency of decision-making across teams.
  • Drive analytical best practices, mentoring peers and advancing data literacy across the organization.

You 

  • You’re a strategic thinker and expert analyst with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of business needs.
  • You’re comfortable working independently, partnering directly with senior leadership, and leading through influence.
  • You consistently deliver high-quality, actionable insights and are passionate about helping others use data to make better decisions.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science - preferably in a high growth product or consumer tech environment.
  • Expert-level SQL skills in working with large dataset
  • Familiarity with AI and LLM technologies and their practical application in analytics workflows
  • Deep experience with BI tools, especially Looker (LookML a plus)
  • Proven ability to perform end-to-end analysis: from problem framing to delivering actionable recommendations
  • Strong business acumen and experience working closely with senior leadership and product teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills: you can turn complex data into narratives that influence strategy.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring analysts and elevating analytical standards across a team.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research or other related quantitative fields
  • Working knowledge of Python for advanced analytics and automation
  • Working knowledge of dbt and data modeling
  • Experience working in consumer tech companies
