About the Role:
We are seeking a rockstar Senior Enablement Program Manager to independently design, execute, and scale high-impact onboarding and manager development programs for our Sales and Field Engineering teams. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, technical, and rapidly evolving environment. You will be responsible for building world-class enablement experiences that accelerate ramp time, drive productivity, and foster continuous growth for both new hires and people managers across the globe.
The impact you will have:
Program Design & Execution
- Independently architect, launch, and iterate scalable enablement programs leveraging innovative enablement technologies and channels.
- Translate complex product, process, and skills content into actionable, field-ready learning experiences.
- Develop role-specific learning tracks, credentials, and ongoing development paths for diverse field audiences
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement programs, from needs analysis and stakeholder alignment to delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Field Engineering, StratOps, and cross-functional leaders to align enablement initiatives with business goals and GTM strategies.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from field and business leaders to inform program strategy and ensure relevance.
- Build strong relationships with subject matter experts and executive sponsors to drive program adoption and impact.
Measurement & Impact
- Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness (e.g., ramp time, productivity, etc).
- Use data-driven insights and participant feedback to iterate and continuously raise the bar on program quality and outcomes.
Enablement Delivery
- Facilitate and oversee onboarding sessions, manager workshops, and enablement events (virtual and in-person) at scale.
- Ensure all enablement resources, playbooks, and tools are up-to-date, actionable, and accessible for global teams.
What we look for:
- 10+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or L&D, with a proven track record of designing and scaling onboarding and development programs for technical sales and/or field engineering roles in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Deep expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and enablement best practices for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong program management skills: able to independently manage multiple complex projects, drive execution, and deliver measurable results at scale.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable defining metrics, analyzing impact, and iterating programs for continuous improvement.
- Experience with enablement technologies (LMS, CMS, e-learning, microlearning platforms) and sales/field tech stacks.
- Positive, proactive attitude: you thrive in ambiguity, operate with high ownership, and embody a growth mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, distributed team.
Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
