Are you ready to lead the product strategy and development of one of HelloFresh’s highest visibility and pivotal customer experience roles? Here in the Habit Building Tribe, we are looking for an experienced Staff Product Manager to step into a leading role in launching and growing HelloFresh’s first loyalty program, as well as owning the key levers for retention and customer behavior change across the customer lifecycle. We are looking to fundamentally change the way that HelloFresh interacts with its active customer base, launching a revolutionized customer journey across the end to end experience.

Improving retention and driving loyalty is one of the largest strategic investments for the HelloFresh Group in the next years. Due to this,  your role will involve working closely with a diverse range of Senior Leadership members, requiring a deep understanding of commercial, customer experience and engineering considerations, while crafting a roadmap and strategy for up to 24 months. Beyond your ability to successfully steer and deliver high complexity projects across multiple teams and disciplines, you are able to drive for long-term orientation, managing scalability of  the loyalty program to future brands and markets, introducing diversified rewards and steering high value customer lifecycle elements of the HelloFresh experience to increase profitability and retention of our active customer base.

As an individual contributor, you will need to understand the needs of our most loyal active customers and leverage data insights to formulate strategies that span across multiple teams and foster collaboration across tribes and alliances, while being accountable for the success and ROI of your initiatives. As a product leader, you will be a role model for product methodologies and processes within the team, helping to drive and develop a strong product culture within the wider Alliance.

What you’ll do
  • Articulate a long-term vision for the Loyalty Program and Customer Retention, with defined commercial and product objectives, which can receive buy-in for stakeholders up to C-Level seniority.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, leveraging customer insights, data analysis, and feedback to continually iterate and optimize customer experience.
  • Deliver a compelling vision that allows you to effectively work across Tribes and Alliances to deliver necessary end to end experience improvements.
  • Set up processes to work with an agile team and drive continuous improvement across the Alliance.
  • Relentlessly prioritize features and commitments across a diverse set of stakeholders in order to deliver maximum priority products.
What you’ll bring
  • Collaboration and Communication: The ability to influence without authority, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure clear alignment on product goals and timelines across teams.
  • Experienced Product Management Skills: Demonstrated history of independently delivering complex products and features from concept to launch, defining product strategy in product areas with high ambiguity, creating roadmaps up to 24 months, and leading cross-functional delivery teams, with minimal oversight needed.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in previous loyalty programs, retention, lifecycle and other customer facing products. Proven track record of working in a diverse range of product areas, and comfortable working across multiple problem areas simultaneously.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and commercial focus, with the ability to understand complex business needs and translate this into product features and long term strategies.
