The TAM Expansion Alliance and the New Ventures Tribe are looking for a seasoned Product Management professional for the role of Staff Product Manager for The Pets Table, who will have end-to-end ownership of the The Pets Table customer experience across subscription, meal selection and ordering, loyalty, and engagement as well as leading the development of the New Ventures backend. This role positions you to have a direct impact on the growth and success of our fastest-growing brand (and fastest-growing brand in its vertical!) - The Pets Table. Furthermore you will be leading the development of cutting edge backend services powering the unique experiences across the whole New Ventures Space. You’ll do that by developing a deep, data-driven understanding of customers’ problems and motivations as well as, uniquely, becoming an expert in the care and needs of the customer’s four-legged companions; transforming that knowledge into one-of-a-kind digital products and services. Together with the Product Manager for The Pets Table, reporting into you, and the The Pets Table MD you will be accountable for the further growth and success of the business.

The role expects management experience in training and mentoring more junior product managers towards success and proficiency in product craft. As an individual contributor you wil be expected to define the long-term vision, set data-driven multi-year roadmaps to get there, and own the technical delivery of new features together with the teams within your space - The Pets Table and New Ventures Backend. Translating, aligning stakeholders and the needs across brands to deliver foundational services to support common growth through a robust backend backlog and strategy.  In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate closely with your cross-functional team, commercial stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive the right investments in the coming years.

• Vision and innovation: Drive and execute a long-term vision for The Pets Table digital experience - a cornerstone component of the whole vertical at HelloFresh.
• Foundational strategy: Discover, define, align and ensure the delivery of key backend investments, powering unique experiences across both new vertical brands;
• Data ownership: Own key input metrics across acquisition, engagement, and retention, directly impacting the brand’s P&L.
• Roadmap and execution: execute, adjust and deliver your product roadmap together with a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Designers, Researchers, Product Analysts, and senior business stakeholders against your strategies and vision.
• Discover and innovate: In collaboration with CX Strategy, Senior Leadership, and Management discover new opportunities to offer customers brand-new services and rapidly ideate, experiment, and roll out new digital products to the market together with a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Designers, Researchers, Product Analysts, and senior business stakeholders against your strategies and vision.
• Thought leadership: Mentor junior colleagues and help raise the bar for the product management craft at Hellofresh.
• Contribute to the growth of New Ventures at HelloFresh: Be part of the senior team for New Ventures & Ecosystem’s Tribe at HelloFresh, helping shape the future of the whole HelloFresh Group.

• Product experience: Proven track record of delivering high-impact products and features with a particular emphasis on measurable, tangible financial results.
• Deep customer centricity: Clear focus and passion to deliver engaging customer experiences through an in-depth, research-based understanding and analysis of customer needs and behaviors. You don’t mind getting into the weeds to solve customer problems.
• Strategic thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, translating market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning into actionable product plans.
• Collaboration and communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
• Risk and innovation: Ability to rapidly identify potential new creative opportunities and explore them through rapid experimentation, while showcasing ownership of learnings and results.
• Good technical understanding: Ability to identify, navigate, and resolve cross-domain dependencies for your products and a good technical understanding of modern software development standards is expected.
