Staff Product Manager - Virality (f/m/x)
Are you ready to lead the product strategy and development of one of HelloFresh’s highest impact and pivotal customer experience roles? Here in the Lifecycle Tribe, we are looking for an experienced Staff Product Manager to step into a leading role in our new Virality squad. In this role, you will take ownership of our Refer a Friend product stream, with a mission to discover, test, and launch new viral loops that help turn our active customer base into a powerhouse to engage and expand our daily active users.
Growing our referral channel and doubling down on engagement is one of the largest strategic investments for the HelloFresh Group in the coming years. Due to this, your role will involve working closely with a diverse range of Senior Leadership members, and the ability to independently manage multiple sets of stakeholder teams with a collaborative and organised mindset is vital to your success. This requires a deep understanding of commercial, customer experience and engineering considerations, while crafting a roadmap and strategy for up to 24 months. Beyond your ability to successfully steer and deliver high complexity projects across teams and disciplines, you are able to drive for long-term orientation in this domain area, manage scalability across brands and markets, and deliver value relentlessly to our customers.
As an individual contributor, you will need to understand the needs of our active customer base and leverage data insights to formulate strategies that span across multiple teams and foster collaboration across tribes and alliances, while being accountable for the success and ROI of your initiatives. As one of our most senior product leaders, you will be a role model for product methodologies and processes within the team, helping to drive and develop a strong product culture within the wider Alliance.

What you’ll do- Articulate a long-term vision for the Refer a Friend program and wider Virality space, with defined commercial and product objectives, which can receive buy-in from stakeholders up to C-Level seniority.
- Champion a user-centric approach to product development, leveraging customer insights, data analysis, and continuous testing to iterate and optimize the customer experience.
- Own and deliver top level OKRs, via relentless delivery of high quality product features
- Set up processes to work with an agile team and drive continuous improvement across the Alliance.
- Relentlessly prioritize features and commitments across a diverse set of stakeholders in order to deliver maximum value while driving for a longer term vision.
- Collaboration and Communication: The ability to influence without authority, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure clear alignment on product goals and timelines across teams.
- Experienced Product Management Skills: 8+ years of experience and a demonstrated history of independently delivering complex products and features from concept to launch, defining product strategy in product areas with high ambiguity, creating roadmaps up to 24 months, and leading cross-functional delivery teams, with minimal oversight needed.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in previous virality or engagement focused roles, with a deep understanding of the core considerations in managing active customer experiences. Proven track record of working in a diverse range of product areas including backend and frontend products, and comfortable working across multiple problem areas simultaneously.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and commercial focus, with the ability to understand complex business needs and translate this into product features and long term strategies.
