Staff Product Manager, Salesforce Integrations

Join us! As a Staff Product Manager – CRM & Integrations Ecosystem with emphasis on Salesforce integrations. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our integration ecosystem. In this critical role you will oversee the strategy and implementation of our Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution while managing and evolving our existing integrations, including Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC), Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Meta, and more.. In this role, you will lead the development of scalable, reliable, and secure integrations that empower our nonprofit customers to effortlessly manage their fundraising workflows and data within their CRM and other environments. Collaborating with engineering, design, customer success, marketing and sales teams, you’ll ensure our SaaS B2B customers gain maximum value and efficiency from our integrations offerings — driving both user satisfaction and long-term product adoption.
Candidates considered for this position will be located or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA. This is a hybrid role with expectations to go into the SF office 3x per week
The Job...
- Define the integration vision: Own the strategy and product roadmap for our iPaaS, CRM, and overall integrations ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce, ensuring a cohesive and seamless experience for our SaaS B2B customers.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce integrations: Understanding key features such as objects, workflows, APIs, AppExchange listings, and related automation capabilities. Familiarity with fundraising specific data models is a plus.
- Build scalable, reliable solutions: Design and deliver integration features that connect our core fundraising platform with Salesforce, enabling easy data syncs, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights within customers’ CRM environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales and customer success teams to identify technical requirements, align on priorities, and deliver high-quality integrations that meet customer needs.
- Drive partner relationships: Engage with Salesforce product and partnership teams to stay updated on platform capabilities, certifications, and best practices—ensuring our integrations remain current, compliant, and ahead of customer demands.
- Champion the customer: Conduct user interviews, leverage data, and employ market research to understand how nonprofits and enterprise customers leverage Salesforce. Turn these insights into intuitive and reliable integration experiences.
- Ensure compliance and security: Collaborate with privacy, legal, and security teams to maintain regulatory standards, protect sensitive donor data, and ensure that integrations meet industry compliance requirements.
- Adopt a data-driven mindset: Utilize analytics, A/B testing, System Integration partners and customer feedback loops to continuously refine integration features, improve performance, and increase adoption across our customer base.
- Educate and enable: Partner with product marketing and customer-facing teams to provide clear documentation, training materials, and best practices that help customers get the most out of our Salesforce integrations.
- Mentor and influence: As a Staff Product Manager, guide junior product managers, contribute to product team best practices, and influence strategic decisions across the broader product organization.

- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment with a strong focus on integrations and CRM ecosystems.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce integrations, understanding key features such as objects, workflows, APIs, AppExchange listings, and related automation capabilities.
- Experience leading iPaaS solutions or managing API-based integration ecosystems.
- Technical proficiency to discuss integration architecture, APIs, middleware solutions, and data modeling with engineering teams.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers, gathering requirements, and translating them into scalable product solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize initiatives, validate assumptions, and measure success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, influence executives, and present product roadmaps and updates to both internal teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments—providing clarity, leadership, and structure to complex integration projects.

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $185,000 - $250,000 + equity + benefits. The salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
