As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented Software Engineers to help create that experience.Role & Responsibilities:

• Do impactful work through the development of Personio’s mobile app and helping to shape our mobile app strategy
• Maintain a high bar of quality through improving best practices, producing exemplary code, documentation, automated tests and thorough and precise monitoring
• Build capacity in the team through mentoring and technical leadership; serve as an advisor for both team members and leaders

What you need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Staff Engineer or Principal
• Fluency with Android or iOS application development (Java, Kotlin, Swift, ObjectiveC)
• Familiarity with modern mobile frameworks and tools
• Ability to design and collaborate on server-side APIs and components that interface with mobile applications
• Experience creating and leading technical architecture for a successful, well-reviewed mobile application

$205,000/year - $235,000/year + equity + benefitsThe national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location.
