Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Staff Technical Product Manager at our facility in Bellevue, WA to perform Cross Functional coordination between the Delivery Experience, Transportation and Logistics, Data Science, and Engineering teams on related projects and processes.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Conduct working sessions between business stakeholders, Engineering and Data teams to ensure requirements, test plans, and change management actions are clearly laid out.
  • Build and own a cross-functional roadmap with a timeline that reflects the short-term and long-term strategy.
  • Ensure relevant stakeholders are accountable and executing against the roadmap.
  • Collaborate between engineers, data scientists, PMs, and business stakeholders to build delivery & logistics capabilities directly impacting customer experience.
  • Articulate technical requirements in the form of whitepapers, functional requirement documents, and high-level pseudo code.
  • Own and report product and program status, health, and metrics to track progress across organization.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and 7 years of experience.
  • Will accept a Master’s degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Experience must include 5 years in: quantitative analysis, program management skills to build priority lists, roadmaps;
  • Software services, enterprise systems, SDLC, cloud infrastructure;
  • Analyzing and communicating results to senior management using metrics to determine improvements;
  • Writing whitepapers to communicate business objectives, problems, or results;
  • Program or Product management in driving cross functional initiatives spanning tech and non-tech teams.
  • The position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a Staff Technical Product Manager position is $137,654 to $215,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
