- You are responsible for the coordination of the daily rental business and take care of a smooth process of all handovers and returns of the vehicles
- Our customers and their satisfaction are in the focus of your attention, and you ensure a great customer journey
- You support the Station Manager in planning staff as well as in training our agents
- You will ensure that our quality standards are maintained, especially in terms of how we treat our customers.
- You have a successfully completed apprenticeship and at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the areas of car rental, tourism or similar
- You are very high level of service and customer orientation and have a friendly and open personality
- You are absolutely hands-on (so you don't have a problem getting your hands dirty) and have good communication skills
- You are a resilient problem solver and organizational talent
- You are fluent in English and in the language of the country you applying
- You have a class B driver's license
