Essential Functions:

  • Serves as a primary support partner across all Assistant Store Manager functions, including key-holder  responsibilities, in order to facilitate stronger store operations across the store and ensure operations are  complimenting the in-store experience.
  • Oversee the overall safety, employee engagement, collaboration, quality, and performance of the visual and  logistics operations teams. Ensure there is unification between both processes and ensures both processes are  fully aligned with their core roles and expectations.
  • Command a strong senior manager presence, lead and build a team of high performing operations and visual  team by driving expectations, accountability and follow up.
  • Partner closely with a variety of groups store- wide, including Salesfloor, Logistics, Visual, Asset Protection,  Customer Experience, Facility, Talent, and other teams to coordinate and ensure total store operations success.
  • Partners closely with the General Manager of the store to optimize store processes, drive sales, improve store  profitability and P&L, control labor expense, impact customer experience KPI’s, and ensure there is unification in  vision and goals between managers and leads at the store.
  • Ensures that store performance is constantly monitored and takes ownership/partnership of key Visual and  Logistics KPI's and action plans associated with them. Acts as a support partner across other KPI’s in the store.
  • Works closely with the customer experience team to ensure customer satisfaction by optimizing effective store  operations that impact the customer experience.
  • Provides leadership guidance by overseeing and monitoring inventory levels and solving issues pertaining to  inventory levels as needed through the right channels.
  • Leads the efforts around all visual presentation operations needed to support departmental resets. This includes  a strong logistical understanding and execution to ensure new product flows into the store, is properly organized, built, and implemented onto the sales floor.
  • Contribute to the development of new tools, processes, and technology which make our teams more efficient and effective.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow  through. Acts decisively with action planning and follows up for effectiveness.
  • Influence and gain buy-in for support from in-store partners for your area’s success.
  • Works closely with home office partners to optimize store performance operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and procedures.

Work Experience

  • 4-6 years of E-Commerce, visual merchandising, supply chain, operations, retail or logistics experience, leading a team
  • 4- years of creating strong processes, logistics, or an operational background with an ability to understand workflow and throughput in the operation
  • 4-6 years of experience with driving and leading processes and operations as intended by the organization

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others
  • Track record of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule to include morning, afternoon and evening  availability any day of the week
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance  instructions, and procedure manual
  • Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach and mentor associates with  professional maturity.
  • Excellent customer service skills and reliability
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
  • Strong drive for results
  • Technical acumen to learn necessary software; proficiency in Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office  applications preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
