The Challenge

OneTrust is investing significant resources to deliver successful revenue increase in the OneTrust DataGovernance and Data Discovery solution. Regional Sales Executive- Data Discovery Leads have a critical role and responsibility to deliver new client acquisition in Enterprise zero-base accounts, while also ensuring successful relationships and revenue growth with existing customers. This is an opportunity to be a part of a highly strategic team, within an exciting high growth company, and work closely with leadership to help companies solve highly critical business problems.  

Your Mission
  • Oversee everything related to driving revenue growth of Data Discovery technology to include: 
  • Regional responsibility of deal qualification and strategy, pipeline development, and customer engagement 
  • Collaboration with marketing on messaging 
  • Oversight of POC strategies and engagement plans 
  • High level architecture conversation and solution design 
  • Target, identify and close add-on business with existing customers   
  • Assist in renewing existing customers   
  • Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams and client success functions   
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly revenue goals   
  • Understand customers’ business needs and take a consultative approach in handling aspects of sales cycle to include proposal development and product demonstrations   
  • Qualify sales opportunities, set proper customer expectations, handle negotiations, and accurately forecast to management    
  • Communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Dir, etc..) and key decision makers    
You Are
  • Confident with excellent communication skills (must be able to effectively communicate with C-Level Executives   
  • Disciplined sales processes and CRM hygiene   
  • Capable of speaking to both the business and technologists with a high acumen   
  • A self-starter and problem solver who likes working in a highly collaborative environment 
  • Genuinely curious and interested in working with cutting edge technology 
  • Proficient speaking to the CISO with an understanding of cloud computing concepts 
  • Proficient in InfoSec tech landscape and ability to speak cross functionally across a customer 
  • Understanding of Data technologies and base level understanding of networking  
  • Highly proficiency with Salesforce.com and O365 suite of products.     

Your Experience Includes:

  • 12+ years of selling B2B Enterprise level software or related technologies    
  • 10+ years of Enterprise Information Security Selling experience 
  • Experience selling networking, data, and infrastructure security technologies 
  • Experience working cross functional with product, marketing, etc in previous roles 
  • Strong track record of performance 
  • Long track record of selling to the CISO and developing complex cross functional relationships within an account    
  • Previous experience running sales presentation/demos    
Extra Awesome
  • Strong local relationships with CISOs, partners and local infosec communities (ISSA, etc.) 
  • Experience and exposure to Data Governance solutions such as meta data catalogs, technical lineage and data quality tools.  
  • Early-stage company experience 
  • French speaking
