📍 Hybrid | Hamburg OfficeAt Trustpilot, we’re on a mission to accelerate growth in the Enterprise segment—and we’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive our expansion in the DACH region. This is a high-impact, new business role focused on building pipeline, landing key accounts, and shaping how some of the most influential brands in the region engage with Trustpilot.

You’ll operate at a strategic level—navigating complex sales cycles, engaging senior stakeholders, and architecting long-term value for both Trustpilot and our customers. This isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about defining our Enterprise footprint across the DACH market.

What you'll be doing as a Strategic Account Executive:

  • Take ownership of the full Enterprise sales cycle—from strategic targeting and outreach to final negotiations and deal closure.
  • Identify and engage high-potential accounts across key verticals, with a focus on long-term partnership potential.
  • Lead sophisticated, consultative sales engagements with senior stakeholders and buying groups across enterprise organizations.
  • Shape and execute a strategic outbound plan aligned with market trends, industry dynamics, and Trustpilot’s value proposition.
  • Drive high-value pipeline growth and consistently exceed new logo acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, marketing, product, and legal teams to deliver best-in-class buyer experiences.
  • Navigate complex RFI/RFP processes and deliver compelling proposals tailored to enterprise requirements.
  • Serve as a strategic voice of the customer, providing insight to internal teams to continuously evolve our Enterprise offerings.
  • Represent Trustpilot at key industry events and forums to elevate our presence in the DACH market.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team culture by mentoring junior colleagues and sharing expertise.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in a strategic, new business-focused Enterprise sales role—ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or a related field.
  • Consistent success in winning complex, high-value deals with enterprise clients in the DACH region.
  • Skilled in stakeholder mapping and executive engagement across large, matrixed organisations.
  • Deep understanding of procurement, legal, and compliance considerations in Enterprise sales.
  • Adept at managing long sales cycles, RFIs/RFPs, and multiple buying personas.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, self-starting mindset and a passion for growth.
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other GTM tech.
  • Comfortable travelling for key client meetings, events, and regional activations.
