As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a key role in the Glovo Key Accounts team, in the Partners & Brands department. You will ensure partner engagement and retention in Glovo by finding ways to grow the number of orders and generate additional revenue. You'll also define the monetisation strategy and execution for all partner segments.

Be a part of a team where you will:
  • Build and maintain relationships with the top partners in the country
  • Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure MoM growth. Track and reporting of performance metrics.
  • Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  • Be a part of a team that will support your commercial development by giving you the opportunity to do rotations into other parts of the business (i.e., sales, quick commerce, and more)
  • Report to the Head of Commercial
You have:

Background 

  • At least 4 years of experience in preferably in Food Retail Industry or fast-paced environment (start-ups, FMCG, retail, telecoms, advertising, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry)
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or Public Relations is a plus. Preferably with experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry. 

Leadership, Business Acumen and Collaboration 

  • Business acumen: proven track record of understanding and empathizing with clients’ / partners' business models, challenges, and objectives in order to create synergistic strategies and deliver value through collaboration.
  • Partner collaboration: Proven experience of at least 4 years in working with external partners to align on strategic initiatives, foster mutual growth, and ensure seamless collaboration on account-related matters.

Skills

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented approach. 
  • Problem solving skills, data-driven with strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and/or MS Office, Excel.
  • Excellent written and spoken Bulgarian & English skills.
