Strategic Business Development Analyst

Lyft’s Bikes & Scooters organization is looking for a Strategic Business Development Analyst to help us grow our presence as a global bikeshare technology supplier. The Strategic Business Development Analyst will be responsible for developing sales KPIs and reporting on performance; monitoring and surfacing market opportunities and trends; driving our pricing and commercial strategy across our product suite (rider app, operational tools, stations, bikes). A successful candidate thrives in a dynamic and cross-functional environment, has a natural curiosity, and isn’t afraid to dive deep.
Responsibilities:- Identify, shape, and deliver the vision and roadmap for strategic opportunities to scale our global bikeshare technology footprint
- Develop and report on Sales KPIs (Pipeline, Deal Closure, Sales Cycles)
- Collaborate with teammates in Business Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to develop commercial and pricing strategy across our product suite
- Embrace Lyft's values externally with clients and partner organizations
- 5+ years of business development and partnership experience with an analytical and/or strategy focus
- Strong understanding and interest in the global bikeshare competitive landscape preferred but not required
- Highly analytical, innovative thinker and data driven, but also a creative problem solver. Track record of using data to inform and communicate strategy.
- Ability to create thoughtful business-driven, actionable recommendations, and quickly build consensus with cross-functional stakeholders including those with seniority
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
- Prior experience managing developing pricing strategies, implementing pricing processes and creating pricing documentation
- Experience developing commercial strategy to bring new products to market
- Experience in B2B Technology Sales preferred but not required
- Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners
- Bilingual (English/French); Ability to communicate effectively in English (for dealing with English-speaking colleagues outside Quebec).

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
